It is known that breadcrumbs include starch, 000 flour, water, salt and yeast which makes the dough have more volume during fermentation and we have as a result tenderer “milanesas”.
We have tried hard to generate breadcrumbs which, apart from not absorbing oil, we have been extremely careful in all the aspects related to cleaning and it shows an even grinding. All this becomes apparent when you taste the final product, since consistence, as already said, is extremely tenderer.
Applications: It is used to bread meat, fish, chicken and also soy “milanesas”.
