It is a usual practice to cover medallions, “milanesas”, small shapes, sticks, snacks, nuggets and others, with a mixture of breadcrumbs and batter in a proportion of 30% to 50% of breadcrumbs and the rest is batter; Even granulometry and natural color both of breadcrumbs and the batter enable to set up a neat and consistent coverage, with excellent pick up, attractive and crunchy finish. Manufacture is facilitated reducing the steps and contributing with some even and suitable proportion. Besides, it avoids having two bags always open (one for the breadcrumbs and another for the batter).
Application: This batter and breadcrumbs mixture may be used to cover the widest variety of “milanesas” and chicken, meat or fish medallions. Furthermore, it is apt to cook food in ovens, microwaves, fryers or other using other alternatives.
