Through our network of wholesalers, your farm, butchery or fish shop may obtain the best industrial breadcrumbs manufactured on the basis of industrial bread processed in our plant and then grinded. In its composition, this product includes yeast, salt and water and, as a difference with the bakery’s breadcrumbs, it almost does not generate moisture absorption (3% versus 18% of the bakery’s breadcrumbs) always preserving identical granulometry, color and texture. Besides, there is no fat (which is present in bakery’s bread) and therefore there is more stability, useful life, and does not have a stale smell, etc. It is considered an excellent resource for baking or frying breaded food, with an interesting texture and a crispy taste. Generally, it is mixed with batters, and the recommended proportion is between 30% and 50% of breadcrumbs.
Application: the industrial breadcrumbs we offer are essentially used to bread chicken, meat, fish “milanesas”, chicken, pork, fish or meat medallions.
