Our natural batters absorb little oil (since they have a compact, pore-free grain size), and thus they are healthy. For the same reason, in their manufacture process, they act as a barrier against the inherent moisture of meat and therefore you get drier “milanesas” for their sale over the counter. Above all, at those farms or butcheries which manufacture from one day to the other leaving the “milanesas” in the fridge more than 24 hours.
We have the possibility to personalize natural batter production, giving place to solutions with specific tastes, colors and smells and with consistence, moisture and granulometry variations.
Applications: chicken, meat or fish “milanesas”, chicken nuggets, chicken or hake medallions, chicken or spinach and cheese small shapes, capresse, chicken or spinach and cheese snacks, fish fillets, mozzarella or hake sticks, etc.
