Applications: Our gluing is used to bread a great variety of final products -such as medallions, nuggets, “milanesas”, sticks, etc., manufactured with vegetables, chicken, meat or fish-. And, in the stage of the final cooking, they may be finished using the oven, pan, microwave, fryer, etc.
