These are products that may be applied in powder and provide, as we said, some interface that is both rough and moisture free that provides some optimal adhesion of the subsequent cover, including cases where surfaces show some peculiarities or difficulties. Their dry condition facilitates moisture absorption, avoiding its passing on to the coating and guaranteeing a better quality for the cover.
On the other hand, our coating flour may include scents and flavors or tastes making them more peculiar.
Applications: our flour coatings are used to prepare hake or chicken medallions, ham and cheese or spinach and cheese small shapes, fish fillets, “primavera” or cheese and potato snacks, crispy chicken nuggets, “milanesas”, frozen pre-fried batters and many other products.
