Our breadcrumbs, batters, mixtures and batter (gluing) are specially thought for chicken and meat “milanesas”, fish sticks, medallions, hamburgers or “milanesas”; small shapes and more finished products.
Traditionally this item was the most popular of our firm. Our batters, breadcrumbs and mixtures have interpreted and satisfied the requirements to prepare the best “milanesas” (breaded food) within farms, butcheries and fish shops´ working conditions. We may offer them -through our wholesaler distribution network- from special batters and breadcrumbs, the mixture of both, to Batter (gluing).
For butcheries or farms we have different frozen pre-fried products that may provide you with very interesting solutions with the possibility to send a seller to make demonstrations in situ. And for seafood bars or restaurants and fish shops we offer very fine batter (gluing) which enables to obtain some excellent adhesion between the spices and the batter and also facilitate an attractive cover, without flaws in the covered areas (bald spaces).
Besides, we offer special batters -such as batter variants; orange ones, with an addition of pepper which conveys pies and “milanesas” a unique style in their presentation-.
